Our yoga curriculum is designed for children ages 3 to 6 and incorporates fun, educational, and engaging activities including:

JAMI OBERMAYER is a meditation and yoga instructor with a Ph.D.  in Sociology and a Graduate Certified in Professional Counseling. She conducts NIH-funded research on mindfulness-based practices applied to health behavior interventions and has completed Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction training. Jami also currently teaches private-session and group-based Hatha yoga classes in Ashburn, VA.  She brings a gentle and strong meditative presence to her yoga teaching.


Students will collectively participate in “non-doing” each day. This practice will encourage students to spend a few minutes each day in “non-doing,” taking a break from the all external activity and stimuli. Students will be able to experience this time without action, without expectation, and without judgement.
